Running Man Exit Signs

The running man emergency exit signs feature a durable aluminum or ABS housing with a high-grade acrylic faceplate. Designed to clearly indicate the path to safety, these signs use the universally recognized "running man" symbol to guide occupants during emergencies.

Compared to conventional plastic signage, which can easily crack or break upon impact, these signs offer enhanced durability and long-lasting performance. Each unit is equipped with a high-capacity Ni-Cd or Ni-MH rechargeable battery, providing at least 90 minutes of emergency operation. Certified by UL and cULus, these emergency signs are suitable for public spaces such as shopping malls, subways, airports, and theaters, ensuring efficient and orderly evacuation in emergency situations.

The primary power supply operates on 220V-240V AC, and the exit sign can remain illuminated continuously or in standby (low-power) mode. In case of power outage, the emergency power, provided by a built-in rechargeable battery or centralized backup system, ensures the unit operates for at least 90 minutes, in compliance with GB 17945 standards.

In consistently humid environments, it is recommended to inspect the exit sign unit’s sealing condition monthly and clean any surface residue such as salt or chemical buildup. Battery life may be reduced by approximately 20% in high-humidity areas, so earlier battery replacement may be necessary.
