Due to built-in batteries, major couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS may not handle air shipping directly. Instead, we work with courier agents in China who can arrange safe delivery (Freight Prepaid only). Please note that personal or company courier accounts cannot be used for these shipments. Delivery usually takes 3-7 days, and both air and sea shipping options are available.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For smaller order quantities, additional costs may apply. This is because reconfiguring the production line and the associated labor input lead to higher per-unit manufacturing costs. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to discuss flexible solutions based on your project needs.

What are your payment terms?
Our payment policies are designed to be clear and flexible, accommodating to our customers' needs. Here are the details:
- For sample orders and small orders below USD 10,000: We require 100% advance payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
- For mass production orders above USD 10,000: A partial deposit is paid in advance, with the balance due before delivery.
Pricing is based on FOB Ningbo, though CFR or CIF terms are also available upon request. We accept T/T, PayPal, Visa, and Western Union. Feel free to contact our sales team for additional options, we’ll work to find a solution that suits you.
Can you arrange logistics and shipping?
We offer comprehensive delivery services including door-to-door shipping via trusted third-party logistics providers. Various transportation methods are available to ensure service and guarantee.
Departing from Ningbo Port, shipments generally take 15-20 days to Europe and 20-30 days to the Americas.
For emergency lighting and exit sign products with built-in batteries, safety documentation (MSDS and Chemical Transport Certification) is required. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for preparation. This timeframe allows us sufficient time to obtain the necessary certifications and ensure that your shipment meets all safety regulations.
Regarding express shipments for urgent orders or small shipments, we recommend using our agency channels, which offer better rates, reliable tracking, and faster access to major global cities.
